I do my best to ship your order quickly, safely, and affordably.
Processing Time
All items are handmade or made to order. Orders typically ship within 2 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays!) unless otherwise noted.
Domestic Shipping
Default shipping for domestic orders is via USPS Ground for the most economical rate, which is typically takes 3-5 days. All shipments include tracking and insurance for added peace of mind. Delivery times vary based on location and are determined by USPS once your package is in transit.

International Shipping
- I ship to select international destinations, typically via UPS Standard or Worldwide Expedited which comes with $100 carrier liability. This delivery option most often takes 5-10 days, however, please note the other information below.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, import taxes, tariffs, or other international charges that may be assessed by your country’s customs authority. These fees are not included in the price of the item or shipping and must be covered by the person receiving the shipment.
- Customs processing may also cause additional delivery delays, and such delays are outside my control.
- I cannot predict or guarantee whether your country will assess customs fees, nor am I able to mark packages as “gift” or adjust customs values.
Packaging
Orders are packaged in a recyclable shipping envelope or box whenever possible.
Return‑to‑Sender ("RTS") Shipments (U.S. & International Orders)
If a package is returned to me because it was refused, unclaimed, undeliverable due to the address provided, or if the package was returned or refused by customs, it will be processed as follows:
- Once the returned package is received back in my hands, I will issue a refund for the cost of the item only.
- Original shipping costs are not refundable, as shipping services are considered used once a package is mailed.

Exception: If your country requires a broader refund (such as under certain EU consumer‑protection rules), I will comply with the regulations applicable to your jurisdiction.
- Note: While I do add insurance to packages when shipping, that insurance generally does not cover packages returned due to the RTS reasons above.
Additional Notes
Delivery dates provided by USPS and UPS are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order has shipped, I am not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or other possible touchpoints, however I will always assist with tracking or insurance claims when possible.
