🔁 Returns, Refunds & Order Issues

Because all items are handmade and made to order, returns and refunds are not accepted except circumstances where they are required by law.

That said, if there is any issue with your order, please reach out to me—I want to make sure you’re taken care of.

Exceptions
In rare cases where a return is approved, the item must be returned in its original condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, and refunds will be issued only after the item is received and inspected.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact me as soon as possible. All shipments include tracking and insurance, and I’m happy to assist with filing an insurance claim if needed.
